About Tiffany Chatman
Innovator. Community Builder. Change Agent.
Who is Tiffany Chatman?
Well I am an innovator.
I’ve been coming up with new or innovative ideas since elementary school. I have had a knack for desiring to improve what I see around me. With the help of my dad, I once took a bat science project and innovatively added a smell factor that my classmates scently remembered. From elementary to college, I have created, designed, or built something innovative for state and local governments or energy companies.
I am a community builder.
I view community as a bridge of experiences between several different people and their cultural experiences on this earthly ecosystem. I truly enjoy doing life with people. Whenever I travel within the US or abroad, I try to fully immerse myself with the culture I visit to really get to know people and for them to know who I am. I’ve been privileged to be honored with congressional recognition for work within Houston and Bakersfield communities.
I am a change agent.
If I had a superpower to share with the world, it would be my ability to acquire jobs. I’ve been blessed to always be employed since I was a junior in high school. If you haven’t checked out my non-profit, BBLA, Inc., please check it out. I am the strategic mind behind Ballin' with Brains Leadership Academy (BBLA), Inc. which aims to bring sustainable change to communities of color and underrepresented communities through the world of sports starting at the high school level. I know I’m on this earth to use my superpowers to be a positive agent of change.
